I scheduled a consultation for a gum procedure and received no follow-up or confirmation with appointment details beforehand. Upon arriving, loud music was playing throughout the office, and the environment immediately felt chaotic rather than professional. When it was time for my appointment, the provider simply called my name from behind a closed door. No one came into the waiting room to greet me or escort me back. Instead, I was left to assume I needed to open the door myself, which led directly into the clinical area where multiple patients undergoing procedures were fully visible. That felt like a significant lack of professionalism and privacy. I was also surprised to find that I was not being seen by Dr. Askari, whom I had specifically requested when scheduling. The provider explained that there are three periodontists in the practice and that they “take turns.” Had I been informed of that beforehand, I would have rescheduled rather than proceeded with the consultation. Patients who specifically request a particular doctor should be told in advance if someone else will be seeing them. I am a very quiet person by nature and rarely voice my expectations. However, Dr. Anita Desai compelled me to express them today—though words fall short in describing the experience. She is incredibly caring and highly professional; throughout the procedure, she kept talking to me to ensure I remained comfortable. hates off to you, Doctor. The lady at the reception, as well as the other lady present after the surgery, were also very warm and courteous.

Its a pleasure to visit Dr. Ali Askari. The environment is very relaxing with piped in music. All equipment is extremely clean and brand new.The doctor and his staff are absolutely competent and professional. Plus, I must add, Dr. Askari is always well groomed and he's very handsome.

THE BEST TEAM!! No words can express how happy I am that I can't help but to go back for more dental cleanings. I'm so lucky I'm only an hour away. I appreciate everything they've done for me. I always walk out with a proud smile bc I know I'm taken care of with love, patience and a ton of understanding. They're seriously the best! Highly recommended. 11/10 xoxo 🫂🫂

I went in today for an evaluation of my receding gum front tooth and I was accommodated for a same day gum graft. The gum graft was performed by Dr. Desai-Patel. She started by explaining what and how the procedure was going to be performed. She was amazing and checked up on me throughout the entire procedure. The procedure was painless after the areas were numbed. Clear and detailed after-care instructions were given. This has been the nicest dental staff I have ever encountered. They all made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Dr. Desai-Patel is wonderful! She is personable, warm, caring, and has a great sense of humor. I felt at ease with her and had no issues with the procedure that I needed. Dr. Desai-Patel Is excellent! The office staff that I encountered were great, as well.

I see Dr Pandya and have always had good experiences. They take the time to answer my questions and always make sure I am comfortable during procedures. I use to be very afraid of the dentist but I now feel confident that everything will be okay.

This place is great. The doctors are so friendly and reassuring. Dr. Desai is so comforting. On my first visit she helped me through my anxiety. I had never done an extraction without being put to sleep, and she was so reassuring I allowed her to do the work. I highly recommend this place..
